Tyler W. Haraldsen is a real estate sales and marketing professional with a proven track record of selling properties all over the world.
Mr. Haraldsen graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in 2001. After his studies, he wanted to better understand financial markets and accounting principles which lead him to completing his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and working towards his Certified Managerial Accounting designation (CMA).
Mr. Haraldsen started his career as a Financial Accountant at Dynamic Mutual Funds in Toronto. However, he soon realized he wanted more excitment in his career and life. He left Dynamic Funds to follow his passion of golf and became the Assistant Golf Professional at the Ridge at Manitou. As a life-long golfer, Mr. Haraldsen grew up playing at the Donald Club in Toronto and at the age of 16 shot a course record 66.
Mr. Haraldsen spent his childhood summers and winter holidays in Whistler, British Columbia. Having witnessed Whistler turn into a world-class ski resort, he was fascinated with resort and hotel development and its fun lifestyle.
At 23, he completed his real estate licence and was the youngest sales executive to join a new waterfront development in Muskoka, ON with Intrawest. Building on this experience, Mr. Haraldsen then went on to live around the world in 6 different countries; marketing and selling world-class real estate developments. Mr. Haraldsen has been a top performer on small specialized teams selling $100's of millions in real estate across the world.
Mr. Haraldsen returned home to Toronto in 2009 where he took a brief stint from real estate to develop and grow a small IT company. He completed a successful merger and sale of the business.
Mr. Haraldsen worked on one of the most exciting marina village real estate developments in North America; Friday Harbour on Lake Simcoe. Tyler and his team sold over half a billion dollars in real estate on this very successful world class development.
Mr. Haraldsen is currently a sales representative with Royal LePage Triland Realty in London, Ontario. He is married to his lovely wife Andrea and two sons Charlie & Matthew. His favourite hobbies are real estate and equity investing, world travel, golf, skiing, tennis, guitar, music and spending time with family and friends.
